New Year New Resolutions

This year I'm going to start a new collections of drinks and glasses! x)
The other resolutions of mine are a bit boring, so watch out for this one! :D

In the fridge, I may have found the greatest treasure

And so I was hunting in the fridge and I saw this bowl of tang yuan, I took it out, scoop one of it and try to eat it. I bite it into half and naturally spit it out because it was too hard.

THEN, I started to get afraid of the traditions, as tang yuan has this meaning of families being together, well-rounded. Logically if biting it into half and spitting out must have meant the other way.

So I turned to the kitchen god we had there, and start apologizing with my hands together (worshiping style), explaining my actions, that I didn't mean to spit it out, it was just a natural reaction, please bless my family with happiness and keep us together, and I promised that I will eat some of the rounded one later just to make things up to ...(seriously I'm not sure what)... but it's just to be safe.

Anyway I just did ate some a minute ago, had mom warm it out for me x).

After that I realized that I might have included some English phrase, I translated what I said again into  hokkien completely. -.-!

I'm not sure if it's funny, but coming from me, seems a little bit funny isn't it?
Well the thing is that, I'm definitely very CHINESE to believe in these things, and another thing would be, I realize I love my family more than I know.

Conquerors

Every great conqueror has a highly organized mind. And everytime I feel like I've overwhelming tasks to complete within too limited time, I remind myself that my mind can be as organize as theirs. After all, they're the people whom I'd looked up to. I must be more like them.

Time

Beings are always competing with each other. That makes time so important in life. I wonder if one day everyone stops competing, will time become a redundant measurement.

That One Time

Will I forget,

If I stop remembering,

That one time,

Skipped a beat.

Ever since,

I wonder,

If I could pretend,

It never happened,

And that maybe it didn’t.

Or even if it did,

Can I deny it,

So things could stay,

as it is.
