To choose to run for an EB position (better known as election)was the very first step I took out of my comfort zone in my just started AIESEC journey.
AIESEC Election's like no other election I'd been through where we cast votes and it's done. There's a series of protocols where candidates have to go through.
Starting from preparing manifesto > forum > passing the vote of confidence (VoC) in EGM >passing the interview. Sounds lengthy right? But I tell you it's definitely worth it despite It worried the hell out of you (or maybe just me because I cared so much)
At one point, I had so much doubts and worries on whether or not I should go for it. In the end I did, because I know if I didn't, I would REGRET like hell. The lesson I'd learned is that there's no point worrying, either you do it or you don't do it.
EGM (Extraordinary General Meeting) is the most important meeting in AIESEC term. Pretty obvious isn't it, with the name extraordinary. Members are required to vote the candidate to the next level of election.
Registration in the morning

As strange at it seems, despite being a debater, I still have horrible stage fright.
I was really really nervous even it's only a 5 minutes speech.
Candidate's Q&A Session

While waiting for VoC Announcement

It was a challenge and I love it, to think of it now XD
